Project Description

2016 marks the completion of a 3-year project we have worked on restoring the areas on the stone façade that were designated for restoration.  We carefully photo documented the work, as was required by NYC Landmarks, whose agency approves all NYC restoration practices.  Using Dutchman repairs and Jahn Cathedral Stone products the stone façade looks as good as it might have looked over 100 years ago when it first constructed.

The cornice at the top of building, marries the old stone (on the left) with the new stone (on the right).

We cleaned all the existing stone to restore it to its full glory.
